Upgrade fiasco

Prior review highlights failure of supposed upgrade
- app crashed repeatedly on two devices and had to be reinstalled
- postal code does not work for non-UK addresses
- no prior purchase history
- no ability to save cards or address in advance
One of the worst travel apps and a disgrace to a good service.
