I already have a web account but the app forces you to input your details again and does not provide existing users login. Lame

So how useful this can be? Going to uninstall straight away!

Im trying to order some tickets but the app cant connect to the server and I tried it around 10 times. Unfortunately not usable.

Cant buy tickets, app cannot connect to server, generally slow, time table function is terrible, departure times and arrival times of trains do not correspond!?! Useless!

The simply does not manage to book any tickets. I get a constant error message when completing my booking.

Cannot use it Missing fieldd for German business users - city name for invoice - company name

Cannot add barcode from email, when purchasing ticket as unregistered user from website to passbook! Barcode is also not recogized by passbook barcode scanner! Terrible app!

Sadly the app seems to be useless at this time as it is not even opening on my new iPhone 6s (fresh install, no restore) under iOS 9.0.1. It is still running on my other phone, an iPhone 6 (same OS version). A quick fix would be greatly appreciated.

I really like using the app. Especially its integration with wallet is great. Sadly, since the last update it’s just not working for me anymore. I cannot delete used passes and it will no longer add passes to wallet. Shame ;(

Slow and clunky to set up personal details. No indication whether the app supports non-UK telephone numbers. If so, the app gives no instructions how enter them. There is no ability to enter the + sign to indicate an overseas number. I decided I wasnt going to turn the risk of being charged for a ticket only to have it disappear into the void, so I gave up on it.

Very convenient way to buy a ticket saving time at the station, however tickets are too expensive, hence 4 stars instead of 5. The phone number is not used to transmit the ticket, it gets transmitted thru the app, so the previous reviewers concern is unnecessary.

An overseas traveller, and no place to enter WorldPoints card number, one of the reasons I use this service. Easier to just book on mobile or website, please fix on app!

Since the app was updated I cant use it anymore: application shuts down itself every time I try to open it. Very disappointing for a frequent user like me...

Room for improvement, poor stability.

You cant input an Italian post code as it doesnt get accepted. So no way to buy tickets, which is the only really useful feature of this app. Useless.

The app crashes immediately after launch on iOS 9.0. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it anew. Still no joy. Frustrating.
