Try to buy a ticket and it crashed every time I try to scan my amex.

App crashes each time I try to buy a ticket (also with Amex).

will try different card, but this needs to get fixed!

Tried to book and it said I didnt have Internet access...kept trying and checked my email and it Charged Me FOUR Times!!!

App tells to me that I have no internet connection. Or Im using bad dates (trying to book ticket today +7 days). Entering my personal data I cant select credit card type. etc. etc. etc.

its not working, saying either cant connect to server or no available tickets that day. plz fix

Very easy to use, except it booked my ticket for a day later than I selected. Hopefully I can get this corrected once Im in London. Otherwise it seems like a great app.

Tried multiple times to book ticket using different credit cards. Doesnt work. The personal data entry is very odd asking only for house number and zip code. No examples for correct entry so I tried many combinations if house number with and without street name. All fail. I give up and give this one star for waste of time.

I had no problems at all. Did exactly what it was supposed to. Saved me a few minutes of time and eliminated any worries about "where did I put that ticket". And it seemed quite slick to hand the ticket collector my iPhone!

Was concerned by previous reviews but I had no problem booking a ticket with this app. Works well with either my UK Visa or US Amex.

Had problem with website taking my card. Loaded app and everything went through immediately. No problems.

This app makes simple an otherwise noisome process.

No server. Date one day out.

Ive used this app for 2 trips to and from the UK, very easy to use and saves the hassle of finding a ticket machine, worked flawlessly for me

It is so great that I can buy a ticket in less than 30 seconds. Its a must have!

Bad UI, intrusive in the information it collects, no discounts or benefits for use vs buying at Heathrow, and geared for Uk residents only - its Heathrow, an airport, dont you think a number of people who might use this are traveling from outside the UK?

Use this app - it saves time and money!

Just used to buy ticket prior to traveling to London. Hopped on Heathrow Express on arriving and my electronic ticket worked great. Brilliant!

Works well but please add Passbook support.

Keeps telling me there is no connection on 3G or wifi. Arrrgggh.
